Afghanistan – Business Government – Quad

As I wake up this morning, I realize: this is not a proper summer.

On the radio, an attractive female voice (“Bayern 2”) says:

Nothing is well in Afghanistan!

That was yesterday. Today, I know that the good old lithium is responsible for our electro-mobile future in Afghanistan.
Then there is the next attractive female voice (also on “Bayern 2”). Mum says:

We need a European Business Government!

To be sure, her phrases are a little more complex. She says that said Business Government must not be recruited from the European Commission (so what else is the commission there for?). Instead, she proposes it should be part of the quarterly meeting of European Government Heads. Well, that would be a kind of supervisory board …

On the way to Unterhaching by bike – there is only very light rain – I ride quite well. Suddenly, an elderly, bearded Quad driver stops next to me (thinking I might slow down from my current speed of around 25 km/h) and yells at me:

Is this the way to Bad Tölz?

Of course, I do not stop. I am not in the mood to talk with Quad drivers who go to Bad Tölz through light rain, not even knowing where it is.

So what. The day could have started even worse.
