A little more than a year ago (on December, 4th, 2009) we met at InterFace for an Open Space on the topic of: The InterFace of the Future – Champions Together (!/?)“. Now we continue with a second Open Space at InterFace. Here is the invitation to all InterFace AG and IF group employees by our moderator Marc Borner:
Much has happened since December 2009. Some things are still left to do. Consequently, now is the time to take stock and think about the future.
Next Friday, on December, 10th, 2010, there will be time for us to continue exactly where we stopped last year in the InterFace AG building.

Communicating – Unfolding – Shaping!
Since not everybody attended last year’s session, I would like to particularly address those who have never experienced an Open Space meeting. Come and see how you like this new form of conference!
Is there anybody who has never heard it? “The best conversations were those during coffee breaks.”
Open Space aims at making the atmosphere of the positive conversations during a coffee break in normal proceedings programmatic.
We will not practice the pattern “presentation-discussion-break-presentation-discussion-break”. Instead, each participant gets the opportunity to contribute using his very own and special interests, skills and talents.
Basically, Open Space is a long coffee break during which we can exchange opinions in a productive, inspiring and creative way. And what is best of all: the participants themselves decide what the program is to be!
Customers, colleagues, persons. How do we communicate? How can we start new ways of exchanging ideas? And, in doing so, how do we unfurl and shape ourselves towards being positive?
Again, new room will be opened and there will be enough space for individual discussions. Open Space is ideal for having time to exchange ideas and bring to the surface what you personally find important.
