The motto of this year’s IF forum is “60 Years of German History”. So far, our speakers were Dr. Heribert Prantl (60 Years of German Constitution) and Dr. Wolfgang Herles (60 Years of Bundesrepublik), now we welcome Klaus Kastan (BR/ARD).
On Thursday, November, 12th, he will be our guest at IF forum. His presentation will be about:
“60 Years of German-American Friendship – All Obama?”

I have known Klaus Kastan for quite some time, and I was particularly impressed by how he re-structured station two of the Bavarian Radio Service, for which he was responsible as program chief.
After he had finished this project, he looked for a new challenge and went abroad. He ended up in the USA, where he joined the campaign team of Barack Obama.
The presentation will be in the big seminar room in the InterFace AG building, 3rd floor (Unterhaching, Leipzigerstr. 16). In order to avoid violation of any compliance rules for employees of other enterprises and institutions, we will not serve refreshments.

We want to make the year 2010 the “Year of the Female”, and will therefore only invite woman as speakers. Two ladies have already agreed to come: for starters, Mrs. Gabriele Fischer, founder and chief journalist of the business magazine Brandeins will speak. Next in line will be Mrs. Professor Dr. Möslein.
