Together with Stefan Mooser and Martin Holzner and after a time of intense preparations, we established the IF-TECH AG this February. The technical service of IF-TECH includes SBC and virtualization solutions. As the name indicates, IF-TECH is a technology-oriented enterprise in the area of IT infra structure services.
Naturally, as usual, the enterprise logo is made up of our IF and the face. Special areas of interest are technologies like Datacore, Microsoft Terminal Server, Citrix Xenapp, SUN Sunray or Xen. The IF-TECH AG has excellent know-how about all sorts of virtualization solutions, both in enterprise computing, storage, desktop solutions and applications.
The two founders and directors of the new AG (Stefan on the left and Martin on the right) have established technological and customer-oriented knowledge for several years. They therefore already have a remarkable clientele of enterprises, administrative agencies and associations. Now they want to extend the enterprise with all due speed. One of their plans is to also offer apprenticeships in computer science.
On the picture, you see our two new comrades-in-arms as they are sitting around the table of the solicitor who signed the foundation document. The initial capital is 50,000.- Euros, the majority share of which is held by InterFace AG. Like the latter, it is also based at Leipzigerstr. 16 in Unterhaching. Elected members of the supervisory board are Roland Dürre (chairman), Maximilian Buchberger (deputy chairman) and Thomas Vallon.
Now, the IF-TRAINING GmbH and the IF-TECH AG, along with the InterFace AG, constitute the IF group. We hope for a huge amount of synergies and we will try to continue growing in an agreeable and reasonable way in the IF group.
