We need someone who is fascinated by our idea. You should identify with it, but still try to make modifications. You should be willing to further develop and apply operationally this idea of ours of a colourful market place. And maybe you also want to become a real success.
We are looking for someone with a healthy amount of common sense who holds tolerance as a very high value. You should demand of yourself to strive for a high ethical responsibility. For you, automony and enlightenment should be more than just empty phrases. And you should bravely let none of the many esoterical allurements of our modern times tempt you.
Someone who can listen well, has a healthy supply of empathy and the “right“ amount of extroversion. Someone who likes people, is competent in communication both in the spoken and written form and can formulate well. Someone who likes to tell stories.
And, once in a while, you should enjoy giving a presentation. And you should have a bit of charisma – which often illuminates the creation of new knowledge.
We are looking for someone who sees himself or herself as a knowlege and communication worker. In the USA, you would probably call such a person innovation worker. We need someone who believes that knowledge and experience grow as they are shared. Someone who is courageous enough to realize this principle with a lot of enthusiasm.
We are looking for a person who loves and lives entrepreneurship, project management and leadership. Someone who knows a little about the knowledge market and is prepared to take a risk and perhaps enjoy a huge profit together with us.
Someone who, of course, still has a lot to learn, but wishes to learn all of it.
We offer an entire network of support and are prepared to share the profit fairly. We work in a small, virtual team, but there will always be times when we are quite real and co-operating intensely.
