Here is a short report on and some nice pictures taken at our last Blue Friday.
Some were sceptical at the prospect of our Blue Friday. Others were nervous about the impression they might make on the colleagues, wondering if the results we had hoped for would materialize.
And then all our worries were over, because our first OpenSpace was a good start into the “future at InterFace”. That had been our motto, and the sub-title was “Champions in Alliance“.
The empty conference blackboard was filled at breathtaking speed. Then the individual workshops started. Everybody was really enthusiastic. Both our InterFace employees and the guests from Manage&More were absolutely into the spirit.
And real progress was made, too. Deficits and weaknesses were discussed, but our own strengths and chances were also discovered. Above all, everybody had lots of fun.
The event was inspired by our moderator Marc Borner and his assistant Biene. They did a wonderful job making the day a success in an extremely calm and highly efficient way.
The final reverse round where many participants were evaluated brought nice results for many of us. The general opinion was that our teams and the entire InterFace AG will have a good future, provided we continue in the way we started.
This trust is bound to be worth quite something in the future.
That is not the only reason why I would like to thank all participants, all our employees, our guests of Manage&More and our team of moderators.
We have important tasks ahead of us.
We have to see to it that we can at least realize part of our results. After all, it is one thing to have good ideas, and another to put them into practice!
Then we will have to look and see what ideas we will come up with for the Blue Fridays in the year 2010 – to be held in the spirit of 2009.
🙂 Because after the match is before the match (ancient soccer wisdom).
