What remains is the problem of regulated energy for times when less wind energy is produced and how to store the extra energy if too much is produced.

What is supposed to be the reasoning behind letting the de-stabilization of the financial markets be followed by the de-stabilization of the energy markets – promoted by a plan-less subsidy policy?
Unfortunately, after the lapse and disaster we all witnessed with the financial markets, it can no longer be ruled out that it will still happen. On the financial markets, they worked with options that had neither security nor an obligation to deliver. Enron tried the same in California: trading options on a huge scale, fabulous profits until the Californian buyer of electricity had to see that the emperor no longer had anything to wear. The energy had been sold empty – that is, without security. Well, it is easy to move the price spiral if there is no turbine you have to move, isn’t it?
Here is my final advice on Omega Ventus: the wind energy reaping machines are Alpha Ventus, let the buffer storage that should now be planned be Omega Ventus. We should control the electricity stock market by strict regulations, in particular when it comes to option trading.
On the picture, you can see Norwegian highlands. It is a region that might be suitable for building huge salt water or sweet water storage. Thus, it might provide the European civilization with the necessary balance energy.
Without Omega, there is no economical Alpha.
